Perillo Hill Wins Appeal - Municipal Liability

Perillo Hill was victorious in two related appeals on behalf of its municipal client. Having previously obtained summary judgment and dismissal of all claims asserting premises liability claims, the Firm responded to two appeals from the plaintiffs, one concerning a discovery issue and the other challenging the dismissal. The appeals were briefed and argued in the Appellate Division, Second Department. Perillo Hill prevailed on both appeals and was awarded costs. Palermo v. Town of Islip.
