On the Strength of the Firm’s Court Petition, the Huntington Planning Board Pulled its Prior Approval and SEQRA Determination, Delivering PH’s Clients with the Full Relief Sought By the Article 78 Proceeding Without Requiring Court Adjudication.
In a further update on this matter, and as reported in Newsday, Perillo Hill appeared at a subsequent Planning Board meeting on the threshold SEQRA determination to frame its clients’ opposition and demand for appropriate environmental review. Once again, upon the strength of the presentation by the firm and its clients, the developers voluntarily asked the Planning Board to table the issue, which it did.
