Lilia Factor is a seasoned civil litigation and environmental law attorney. Ms. Factor represents municipal, corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of legal matters, including land use and zoning, environmental and regulatory compliance, and probate. She regularly appears in state and federal courts and handles settlement negotiations and appeals.
In addition to her litigation work, Ms. Factor conducts legal research, writes and counsels clients on transactional matters. She has chaired professional committees at the Nassau and Suffolk Bar Associations, the Hauppauge Industrial Association, and the Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association. She also served as Energy Chair of Sierra Club, Long Island, advocating for renewable energy and efficiency projects.
Ms. Factor obtained her LL.M. degree (magna cum laude) from Pittsburgh University School of Law. Prior to joining Perillo Hill LLP, she worked at various law firms on Long Island, serving local clients, municipalities and community groups.
Ms. Factor is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
